This Tuesday evening we have three fixtures to look at with you from the top flight of English football. The first of them comes from the Emirates Stadium where Arsenal will host Fulham, this London Derby ended with the sides sharing the points in a 1-1 draw earlier in the season. The homeside sit in second in the table but with still nine games left of the season Arsenal have let the leaders points advantage increase to 12 pts now. Mikel Arteta’s side will arrive at this fixture having beaten Chelsea 1-0 here so they hope they can beat another London club now after the International break.
The Gunners have a Champions League fixture against Spanish side Real Madrid in just over a week’s time, the first of those will be here at the Emirates so arriving with a few victories on the bounce will help their confidence massively.
The visitors Fulham sit 8th in the table currently, Marco Silva’s side will hope to bounce back from a FA Cup Quarter-Final defeat at home to Crystal Palace. They went into halftime two goals down with the match finishing 3-0 after 90 minutes. The last league game resulted in maximum points where they beat Tottenham 2-0 at Craven Cottage, they haven’t got the home advantage over a local rival now and you’d have to say they will be playing against a stronger side now. Kick off 19.45pm.

The next match to look at comes from Mollineux where Wolves will welcome West Ham, both sides have changed managers since they last played earlier in the season. The homeside sit one place outside of the relegation zone but with a nine point gap between the bottom three with just nine fixtures remaining they are in a great position to remain in the top flight for another season. Vitor Pereira’s side won their last match away to bottom of the league Southampton winning 2-1 with striker Jorgen Strand Larsen netting both, we expect him to start the game again.
The visitors West Ham will look to complete the home and away having won 2-1 earlier in the season. They now have Graham Potter in charge and although they aren’t going to get relegated it has been a disappointing season for them. They arrive at this game without a win in their last two fixtures, they were beaten at home against Newcastle (0-1) and then drew away to Everton in their last game (1-1). There is an eight point gap between the two clubs in the table but on current form you’d have to say the homeside are the more likely to get maximum points. Kick off 19.45pm.

The final game is from the City Ground where Nottingham Forest will host Man United, we were spoiled with a five goal fixture earlier in the season so can we expect the same this time. The homeside will hope they can complete the home and away double over Man United after winning 3-2 at Old Trafford. Nuno Santo’s side are having a fantastic season sitting in 3rd and on track for a Champions League place next season. They have won their last two league games at home to Man City (1-0) and away against Ipswich (2-4). They managed to get a penalties victory away at Brighton in the FA Cup Quarter-Final at the weekend as well winning (4-3). We expect the Midlands side to start Chris Wood up front who’s scored an impressive 18 goals so far this season.
The visitors Man United are 17 pts behind their opponents in the table sitting in 13th, it’s been a poor season for United but manager Ruben Amorim did get manager of the month for March. They arrive here on the back of a victory away against Leicester (0-3) and drew at home against Arsenal in their previous game (1-1). This is a game that could easily go either way but we feel that goals could be firing in.
